Hello my babies!!

I have decided that I would post another entry today. I have nothing better to do, and I really don't feel like working.

I had a great weekend! Friday night I spent with Pat and we... you know... I forget what we did. OH YES! We watched the first episode of the Sopranos and lots of That 70's show! It was a good night,

Saturday I walked a good mile (proud of myself!) And I had rehearsal followed by a glorious nap. HERE IS WHERE MY LIFE BEGINS TO SUCK!

As I was getting out of my bed... I some how managed to bend my fingernail back to almost the half way mark. I proceeded to run around the house screaming to my father about the bloody mess my finger had become. I wrapped it up tight then went over to Mike's to play Beer Slut. AMAZING!! It was a great time and I have to say I got quite schmammered! Mike's Hard Lemonade is a great drink.

O woke up Sunday with a MASSIVE migraine that I knew wasn't a hangover. I felt pretty tired all day and just wasn't in the mood for rehearsal.

Then Monday came... followed by the fever, sore throat, flem, dizziness, migrane, cough, and you know... A COLD. I felt and still feel horrid. I missed work yesterday and slept until about 11 and I missed rehearsal. I am afraid that I might have mono. EEK!! Anyway, I am back at work today, but I think I may take off at noon. I am falling asleep at my desk and I don't want to wear myself out before I have to rehearse tonight. Rehearsals are going ok. We have already gotten through a run through pretty successfully, so... I guess we are not in bad shape.

Well, I better get some work done. I am hoping you all are feeling better than I am!!

Thank you my babies!

Well, my babies... I think this may be my last entry, because it seems that no one is reading them... SO, if this is my last entry, I am going to go out in a HOT fashion!

This is my updated list of 5 Celebrites I am Allowed to Sleep With! Now, I have taken a lot of time and thought to create this list and there are many reasons for my choices and they all connect in some way!!... so without further ado...

#5- Alan Tudyk! Not only is Alan AMAZING at doing any dialect, but he can sing, dance, and kick ass in Serenity and Firefly. Alan has replaced Johnny Depp on the list!!! Alan is from Texas! (IMPORTANT!)

#4- Ewan McGregor! Ewan is replacing Orlando Bloom on my list! Ewan captured my heart in Moulin Rouge, but then sealed the deal in Big Fish. I think he has the best smile EVER!! He can sing just like Alan! (IMPORTANT!) AND... that accent!!

#3- Taye Diggs! YUMMY! Again... HE CAN SING (singing is a BIG THING WITH ME!) He can also dance! He is a professionally trained ballarina dancer! Is in my favorite musical, RENT, which gives him MAJOR points and he is married to my idol.. Idina Menzel.

#2- Christian Bale! I fell in love with Christian from Newsies!! He can sing, dance, and act. I can't get enough of this man. I think he is the best Batman, I know, lots of people disagree, but seriously folks, Michael Keaton never looked like this... (Oh yeah... he has an accent as well!!)

oh yeah... he was also in Reign of Fire with...

#1- MATTHEW McCONAUGHEY!!! Matthew orginates from Texas (like Alan). He has been in movies such as, A Time to Kill (with Samuel L. Jackson, who is in Star Wars with Ewan McGregor!), Angels in the Outfield, Dazed and Confused (with Anthony Rapp who was in RENT with Taye Diggs) Reign of Fire (DUH... Christian Bale!), and How to Lose a Guy in 10 days! (I just really like that movie! Although he is known for being a pot smoking bad man, I still think he is the sexiest Texan I have EVER seen!!

OK... so that is the list. I don't think it will be subject to change. It is a pretty hot list!!

Thank you my babies!

Hello My Babies!!

And... HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

2006 has already begun to have bright potential. My New Year's Eve excursions turned out to be quite fun and I have decided to makeover my whole entire self. BUT... before I get into my New Year's Reseloution Plan, here is how New Year's Eve went down.

I spent much of the day shopping for a new dress because all my other dresses were appearing to be too tight. (New Year's Resolution Plan!) I spent a good 20 minutes in the Deb dressing room listening to two girls talk about their "bitching New Year's Eve Party." One girl even said her New Year's Resolution was to stop cheating on her boyfriend, and then she proceeded to say that she has about 10 hours of cheating time left. Needless to say, I was going to stay away from any clothes that she tried on!!!

After I found my sexy little black dress and some killer jewelry to go with it, I headed home for a bath that took over an hour. It was wonderful and a great way to relax. It was now 4 and I only had 2 hours before Pat came and picked me up, so I sat in front of my tv and applied my makeup, which took 1 whole hour. I know. My hair actually took less time. YAY FOR NEW HAIR STRAIGHTENERS!!!

Pat picked me up a little before 6 looking quite spiffy. I love when he gets dressed up!! Then we met Liv Derrah and her boyfriend, Jared Deutsch. We went to this great Italian restaurant called Vinnie Vanuchi's in Galena. It was delicious!!! I tried veal for the first time... I know it is inhumaine, but I have to say, it is delicious!!

Then we proceeded to J-Rod's and got shmammered!!!! I tried Schmirnoff Wild Grape... it's ok. The champange was wonderful and the midnight kiss was amazing!! I stopped drinking at midnight although there were some points in the night when I was seen holding the champagne bottle. Around 2 I decided that I didn't want to sleepover @ J-Rod's so I told Pat I wanted to go. He was of course wasted and said if I could drive we could go. I was pretty much sober (I know, this was stupid!!!) I drove to McDonald's and Pat's house from Wisconsin. I was sober, I hadn't drank for like 2 hours.

No hangover... so the night was a success.

Since I have been working at McGraw, I have had lots of time to think about the New Year. I have made a list of goals that I want to accomplish and as soon as I get back to school, I am starting. Here is the list:

Abby's New Year's Resolution List!

  1. Lose 15-20 pounds! (The healthy way... diet and excercise!)
  2. Read every Shakespeare play (not on sparknotes!)
  3. Only 1-2 naps a week!
  4. Spend more time with Annie and Bridge!
  5. Perfect my massage technique.
  6. Find a summer stock theatre.
  7. Get a work study job!
  8. Get on the Dean's List again.
  9. Make it in the last play of the season
  10. Try to miss only 1 week of class (that mean's only miss each class once!)
  11. Attend Church more often!

So there is my list. It may be a little harsh, but I think it will help me in the long run!!

Ok... as you can tell, I really don't want to get back to work, but I should probably pretend to do something! Thanks for listening my babies!

God Bless in 2006!!

Thank you my babies!

Hello My Babies!

How is everyone doing?? Life is pretty interesting right now with me. Yesterday I went skiing with Anna and Ali and it was a blast. I only fell 3 times and they were minor. I have dicovered that I am a pretty good skier!! But where the fun is there is DRAMA! I hate my mother... I know, what else is new. I also hate being in between hatred. My sister, Anna, doesn't like Pat and Pat doesn't like Anna... so I get caught in the middle sometimes and it SUCKS... but I deal. After skiing last night, I went over to Pat's and we sat in the hot tub for like an hour. It was AWESOME. It was nice to spend some quality time together. We hadn't had "alone" time in a long time... so again, it was wonderful.

I am back at work today and I still hate it. I love the people I work with, but I hate what I do. I just hate waking up tired! Anywho... I am done with my work... so I am going to pretend that I am doing work. I am still not memorized for the SG... but I am really getting excited though!

I am SO excited for tomorrow, I can't stand it. I am going shopping tomorrow for a killer outfit. I think I will be drinking a little Schmirnoff Grape. I haven't had any and it sounds DELISH! I think it is funny when people say, "it sounds yummy." It's weird. I took a personality test today, and I think they were pretty on the money. Here are my results:

open, tough, irritable, worrying, does not like to be alone, craves attention, low self control, emotionally sensitive, interacting, sad, very social, aggressive, prefer organized to unpredictable, dependent, social chameleon, suspicious, values the heart over the mind, likes large parties, outgoing, likes to make fun, likes to fit in, mildly phobic, vain, makes friends easily, enjoys leadership, clingy, rash

But anyway, I better get back to work before my boss gets off the phone!!

Thank you my babies!

Hello My Babies!!

How was everybody Christmas'? Mine was just wonderful. Good food, good family, apples to apples, and yes... good gifts. I got lots of good gifts, some favorites:

  • 20 questions ball
  • DVD/VCR player
  • Rent Original Broadway Cast
  • MP3 Player
  • Hair Straightener
  • GIFT CARDS!!!!!

The best thing was seeing my mom's face when she got her ticket to Wicked. She was SO happy that she cried. It was neat! Now, unfortunatly, it's back to work. This week is going to go slow because I am SO excited for Saturday. I can't wait to get back home to see Nathan. He is just a kick!

This week, I am going to cram The Secret Garden into my brain. I have already listened to it twice and probably will one more time. I am finally starting to get excited!!

I better go though, before I get into trouble!!

Thank you my babies!
